Samsung Galaxy S4: How to Multitask and Remove All Running Applications

Samsung Galaxy SIV has equipped with set of powerful hardware and software as well as the useful features inside it which will be able to provide the better experience for the user while using this phone, including to do more than one task or commonly referred as the multitask easily and smoothly as when you do so with your personal computer. This ability does allow you to jump between active apps and complete the multiple tasks in the same time, for example you can write an email while waiting the Google Play Store updating your apps.



How to use multiple app?
Below are the steps to do so:
  1. Open the desired app, either from the Home screen or from the application menu.
  2. While the app is open, tap the Home key to close the app and keep it running in the background.
  3. Now, open another apps.
  4. To jump between active apps, long tap the Home key until the active apps list is displayed and then tap the desired app you wish to open.
  5. The selected app will be opened.

How to remove certain or all running apps?
Some apps remain active in the background even when we already closed them. To completely close the active apps, you can follow the steps below:
  1. Long tap the Home key until the active apps list is displayed.
  2. To close certain app, swipe away the desired app you wish to close. The app will be removed from the list.
  3. To close all running apps, tap remove all icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. All apps will be removed from the list.

By knowing how to use the multitask ability, now you can use it to help you completing multiple tasks with your Samsung Galaxy SIV more easier and faster. And you does be able to close all active apps you use while multitasking easily by using the step above which will also help you to free up some memory in the phone.
