Samsung Galaxy S4: How to Enable and Use Dual Camera Feature in Android 4.4.2 Kitkat

Have you ever felt regret because you have missed out an memorable group photos with your friends or families because you have to act as the photographer? If that so, you can save yourself from that problem by using the dual camera mode that is owned by the Samsung Galaxy SIV. This feature lets you to take double-sided photos by using the 13MP rear camera and 2MP front camera at the same times, allows you to put yourself into photo. The two pictures that have been taken will be merged into a two-sided photo.


How to enable and use dual shot feature?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. Open Camera app.
  2. Tap to enable the dual camera mode. By default, a thumbnail image is taken by using the front camera. But, if necessary, you can switch the camera by tapping so that the thumbnail image will be taken by using the rear camera and vice versa.
  3. To adjust the thumbnail size, do as follows:
    • Tap and hold the thumbnail image and then release it. You'll see a white frame around the thumbnail.
    • Tap to adjust the size.
    • Release the thumbnail to apply the changes.
  4. If necessary, you can also change the thumbnail position by tapping and holding the thumbnail image and then drag it to the desired position.
  5. To change the thumbnail border, tap and then select from the following options:
    • Stamp
    • Oval blur
    • Instant pic
    • Heart shape
    • Window
    • Fisheye
    • Cubism
    • Split
  6. Point the camera at the subject.
  7. If necessary, you can change the zoom level of the photo by using the Volume key or by using gesture (pinch the screen or spread two fingers apart together on the screen).
  8. If necessary, you can change the focus manually by tapping anywhere on the screen where the camera should be focused. The focus point will turn green when the focus has been locked.
  9. Tap to take a dual shot photo.

Given the function, the dual camera mode will be great for taking all-inclusive group photos, combination photos, etc. All in all, this mode will help you to ensure that you'll always be included in any photo even if you have to act as the photographer.
