Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge: How to Enable or Disable Screen Lock Sounds Feature in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow

If lock screen in your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is turned on and the sound profile is set to sound mode, you can enable the screen lock sounds feature to have your phone plays a click-like sound when you're pressing the Power key to instantly lock the screen and performing the current screen lock type to unlock the screen.

How to enable or disable the screen lock sounds feature?
You can turn on or off this feature by using the following steps:
  1. On any screen, swipe down the top of the screen to open up the notification panel and then tap to go to the settings menu.
  2. Scroll down to find Sounds and vibration and then tap it.
  3. Scroll down the screen and then tap the ON/OFF switch next to Screen lock sounds to enable or disable this option. When the switch turns blue , means the screen lock sounds feature is enabled and your phone will play a sound when you're locking and unlocking the screen.
