Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge: How to Change Audio Playback Speed in Music App in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow

By default, the Music app in Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge plays audio playback in normal speed. However, this app has a feature that will let you change the speed of the audio playback so it can be played slower or faster. You can use it to help you easily practice a new song or learn a new language from audio track by slowing down the speed of the playback, or help you save more time with faster listening to an audio playback that you think it's playing way too slowly by speeding up the speed of the playback.

How to change the speed of the audio playback in the Music app?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. Open the Music app and then play a music or other audio track you want to listen to.
  2. Tap More at the top right and then select Settings.
  3. Tap Play speed.
  4. Slide the bar to the left or tap to slow down the audio playback (up to 0.5x in speed), or slide the bar to the right or tap to speed up the audio playback (up to 2.0x in speed). If you have found the desired speed, tap Done button to save the changes.
  5. The audio playback speed has been adjusted.
